The staff is extremely friendly and incredibly helpful! And anytime I need something, they always have it in stock! They also have daily specials!! And you get points for buying items that you can use for future purchases!!! This is definitely my favorite vape store! I highly recommend them!! Definitely 10 stars, if there was an option!!! My second time here; this stop was to buy a vape kit so I would no longer buy disposable vape pens every other day. The location is very clean and well lit. The staff was very helpful (along with several other clients) providing their experience with different vape units, cost and duration I can expect from my kit. My experience was 5 star from when I walked in to when I left. A great vibe and great customer service. Would recommend highly.

I am so happy to have found ECIG-WORKS! Bryan was super helpful & really knew his stuff (I'm a newbie so I had questions). Their prices are even better than buying online, AND they have a kickass rewards program. I bought a few disposables to try (the Jus Whiskey bourbon tobacco flavor is the best tasting I have tried so far!). It makes quitting smoking real easy, you won't want anything else!

Ive been going here since they opened, I traded a pack of smokes for a starter kit. That was almost 5 years ago already and I have not looked back yet. Thank you to the men and women of Ecig works they have helped me be a better person. They all know my by name and know my order by heart and that means the world to me. They have a wide variety, and everything is reasonably priced. The staff is very knowledgeable and any one of them can answer all of your questions.
