I have been living in a 2 beds townhome for the last 3 months, with my family and dog, and it's a great place to live on. The small private patio is a success during cold and rainy days, not requiring you to go out to walk your loved ones. Lease was done remotely - since we were moving from Europe - and everything went smoothly. Staff is very friendly, patient with all my naive questions and they take very good care of the property. Experience during the winter and snowy days was great, there were days in which the team started cleaning up the snow at 4am! A special thanks to Kody for everything! The negative side, for me, is that the region is not walkable at all (beyond the condo), there are no sidewalks and/or bike lanes, so having a car is a must. As someone said, the heating system is quite noisy, but at least it heats up pretty quickly. I am looking forward for the summer days, to enjoy the pool and the bbq areas.

Been a renter for 2 years now. Buying house nearby and leaving soon. The apartments are decent in size and very nice. The location is very good. Right next to Grape Rd with access to everything (Mall/ Shopping/ Restaurants, Gym, Dr, Movies.) Everything within a 1-1.5 mile radius. The office staff (Sasha) is incredible. Very responsive and always pleasant. The maintenance staff is also incredible. Responds ASAP and very nice. We will miss them. Just friendly as can be. Pleasant experience. I highly recommend this apartment complex.

I love living here. The management is so timely, friendly, and professional. The maintenance is always fast and helpful as well. My apartment was given to me clean and in good condition. I have had some bad experiences with other apartments in the area, but I am so pleased with this complex that I will live here until I graduate law school.

These apartments are well kept. It is in a very convenient location, close to shops. Trying to make a left out of this complex can be frustrating, it is on a busy street so patience is a virtue. Kitchens are very small and I feel they are overpriced. Washer/dryer are not included in all units. For the price, they should be. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We really loved this place. Only reason we moved was because our family grew by 1 beautiful baby girl and it was time to look for a larger home. For anyone looking to move here, i definitely recommend.
