I really like my doctor and everything about how the process is handled at Apple Valley Medicine. They send me results via an app and I can request referrals or ask for information via the app, which is very convenient. I also check-in for appointments over the web, so that saves time.

This establishment is highly dysfunctional. I needed a titer done for school, so they ran the test. Once the results came in I asked them to print and sign them. After waiting an hour in their office, I got the records and I realized they had given me the wrong paper. Long story short, the lab had run the wrong test! So I had to go back to the lab and had my blood redrawn. Then they never called me to tell me when my results were ready. I called them, and after 20 minutes on hold discovered that they were indeed ready. Sandy, one of the receptionists, hung up mid phone conversation with me when I was trying to request my records to be printed and signed. Most of the receptionist staff there is very polite and I have always gotten along very well with them. I was extremely shocked that, after all of my time that this office has wasted, that Sandy would intentionally hang up on me. Very disappointed in this office; do NOT recommend.

my kids have gone here for over 3 years now and I love this drs office. the staff are all so friendly and helpful. and the nurses are so sweet and great with my kids! and I couldn't ask for a better dr for my children. Dr Lindgren is amazing.
