Buyer beware, card holder & frequent customer of this location.. They refused to refund me a $215 pair of boots, with a receipt; I bought literally the night prior, after 5 secs Allie said they "looked worn" (carpet fiber on the heel & bottom, from the store) & a flimsy tag that was present yet "unattached". Claiming it was "Company Policy". I was also accused of arguing during the interaction while another male employee just sat there & with zero consideration. I will NEVER buy product from the Olathe store again. I'd advise going up to the north Blue Springs store, superior customer service, selection & atmosphere.

Staff were helpful and friendly! Husband purchased boots but he needed a larger boot. The same young men were working and they remembered him and were quick to assist him. I know he enjoyed sharing some "old man" life advice, I am sure. I saw some boots that I need on my wishlist! Great job guys!!

Travis was ourselves person he was very amazing very helpful retail needs more people I can my son was very indecisive and Travis was very patient and very helpful very helpful on finding the right shoe size hopeful on getting my son the bootcare that he needs taught my son how to use it showed my son the best socks to wear with the boots I mean super freaking awesome I couldn't recommend a better salesperson and I was a retail manager for 17 years general manager and he is someone I would have wanted on my team he should definitely get recognized

First time ever shopping here. My manager and my boss from Honda of Olathe told me that this amazing store has the jacket I was looking for and I finally got it and cheaper than other places! I really love and I got the help quick and they treated me awesome!
