2022-06-04: My review is based on ordering larger quantities online. I have not physically been to this Lindt & Sprüngli factory. That being said, I've been an online customer for a couple of years. I've never had any issues with ordering, shipping, or my order having issues. In the warmer weather, my orders have always come packed with cold packs and I've never had any melted disasters. My order has always been on time and correct. I'll continue to order from Lindt's website directly versus buying shaker quantities in any store locally. (Besides, if you time the sales with any promo codes from being on their email list, you can purchase truffles for MUCH less while having a greater selection of variety.)

Appt at 0600 for a drop and hook. Arrived at 2000 the night before and got loaded in about an hour. Bathrooms avaliable to drivers. Very nice staff, and I was able to park overnight to take my 10. Gave me a few huge candy bars all in all 10/5 all shippers should be like this. 👍

Place is great for pickups. Can load early if not busy. Make sure your trailer is clean....like a 8 outta 10. They will allow a place to park if you need to shutdown for few hours.

No this is just the factory and corporate office, but there is a lindt chocolate shop not too far away
At the time of answering your question, 2022-06-02, Lindt & Sprüngli does not offer factory tours. According to their website, they state company policies and liability reasons as to why they do not offer any factory tours in the United States. https://www.lindtusa.com/faq#faq_tours (If for some reason the link above will not work, I found the answer on lindtusa.com by scrolling to the very bottom of the page and clicking on the FAQ link under the Customer Service section. There is a header called "Jobs and Tours" near the end of all listed headers where you can find the subcategory relating to their tour policy.)
