Definitely the easiest and most laid back time I had with a service department. They were flexible and allowed me to drop off earlier and get into a loaner no problem, all of which didn’t take no more than 10 mins. They kept me updated with what’s going on with my vehicle with a video which was pretty cool, and sent me a text to let me know the car was ready, which is more convenient for me. And to top it off, not only did they clean the outside of my baby, but they also cleaned the inside too with the all weather mats. Definitely wasn’t expecting that and appreciate it a lot.

Fantastic Service! First time going to BMW Stratham The appointment system was easy to set online when I arrived Matt the service advisor was very efficient and took the car. I waited for service to be done nice waiting room with some complementary beverages and snacks. Service was performed quickly and very knowledgeable Matt when over the tires condition and was all.
