Here is a situation where I thought, man, these people are so far from SAN. But, I'm happy to advise that these guys are the best. The people there are very pleasant, they did not pressure for more of their services, though they were clearly advertised. The shuttle was better than I experienced at four other places I parked, by far. Communication with me via text, though a bit unusual, was efficient. Indeed if I had a doubt, I was called by someone who was monitoring my questions. I highly recommend and THANK THEM for the culture they are cultivating.

Great parking experience. The gruff lady at the counter was very efficient and got us in and out fast. We were able to park at an end cap (self park), which gave us a little extra room. The spots are very tight, our CR-V was okay, I don't think I would have parked my Mazda6 here. The shuttle drivers are great, the one who picked us up was really kind and you could tell he loved his job. When you get to the airport, you do an automated text exchange and give them your info. It is a wonderful streamlined process. After getting dropped off, you let the gruff lady know that you're back and that's that! (No wonder why she's gruff, I saw her at 10:30pm and 6am, does she ever get a break?) We will definitely use their service in the future!

One star because it's the cheapest place to park your car when you're on a trip for multiple days. Also, the shuttle drivers were both super friendly. I reserved a spot ahead of time and arrived at a full lot. However, I was offered valet service when I got there which was fast and efficient. Upon returning from my trip, my keychain that was connected to my key fob was missing. I haven't noticed anything else missing from my car but because of that minor theft, I can't recommend this place and will not be returning here in the future. I'd rather pay double and park somewhere else where my belongings won't be stolen.

If it wasn’t for the shuttle driver on the way back it would be a 1 star. I didn’t catch his name but he had kind of long hair, seemed like a nice guy. The overnight check in lady is so rude. I wish i read reviews before booking here or i would have gone elsewhere. She basically was so rude i felt like i was a burden and not wanted there when i checked my car. Honestly seems like she hates her job. The shuttle driver i got that morning to go to the airport was also rude at first when i asked if i had to check in any info before getting and when i showed my ticket from my car check in he said oh ok. The ride to the airport i honestly just felt so sketched out after reading all the other reviews of people stories especially with the shuttle driver and how he had acted. The parking lot is not guarded by anyone if your car is damaged they don’t take responsibility or anything. That had me on edge and ruined my trip. But my return back went smooth i must say. The shuttle was quick waited about 10 minutes and the driver was very nice and seemed to like his job. He seemed very positive like the positivity that is contagious. Book at your own risk.
