Was to have a package delivered to my house when I wasn't able to be home to receive it. I stopped in the Ship center and was able to have it arranged to meet the driver coming back in to the center from my house to pick up the package. To me this was going over and above to take care of me. Thanks guys.

Tell your delivery drivers to ring the doorbell when they deliver a package. That way it alerts my phone. It's 2022 fed ex, most puerile have a ring device or other doorbell device.

I've been doing some side work that requires a lot of shipping using FedEx, and this store is one of my favorites. I can always get supplies here if I'm low and my order hasn't come in and it's always a quick drop off and a quick receipt. I did have a problem with one package here and the manager was quick to help get it resolved. I was really grateful and the experience was just fine.

I needed a specific large sized box for shipping Christmas presents. Called to find out if they had the box in stock but couldn't get an answer. I supposedly had to have an account number(which I don't) and then the gentleman said he just couldn't tell me. I took two busses during a pandemic to the store to find out they didn't have that size box in stock. That on top of FedEx delivering twice to my address but leaving the packages somewhere else, the first time up the street. Three day's since last set of missing packages and FedEx can't give me an answer where the missing packages are, not even a call back from my case worker investigating this. Absolutely horrendous service!!!!
