This is 55 or older trailer park, there are some nice homes here and most of the places landscapes are nice. I was just visiting a friend so not sure what amenities they have.

It is a 55 and older mobile home park, and yes they allow pets of certain sizes there.
There were 2 to 3 lots with homes on them for sale 3 months ago when I was down there my grandmother lives there
Yes to the second. But I think I think that they have a weight limit. The first I don't know.
