What is lot rent there? A family community? Pets allowed? A privately fenced area? WSG paid? HOA Fees? If buying and later moving who is responsible for charges related to removing the home? Anyone? Thank you, Melissa Gardner

I pay 425.00 a month for lot. Pets are allowed but you do pay a deposit. It is a family community. Some units are fenced, some arent. No hoa fees, irrigation and sewer are paid. As far as moving, that would need to be discussed with owners of the park. Hope this helps
