Don't order from here when they might be busy (such as on a weekend) or are within an hour of closing. There's something wrong with their setup and the centralized ordering system has no idea how backed up they are. If you do order, the "pizza tracker" will lie to you. I've had an order canceled tonight (placed half an hour before closing) and had to go chase one down two hours after ordering a recent Sunday. I hope never to deal with them again, but my partner likes Domino's gluten free crust so I fear I'll be banging on their door again soon.

They made me a nice cheeseless pizza a couple times. Never had a problem requesting "no cheese". Also the garlic sauce does not have animal's milk in it. I went inside once and was pleasantly greeted, and the bathroom was sufficiently clean. There is a cute step to help kids watch the pizza being made.

After placing an order, waiting an hour, and seeing no update on the tracking status, I called to make sure my order was still received. I was told that it would be another hour until I received my order because there was only one person making the pizzas. After this HOUR passed, I saw that my order was canceled. So after waiting 2 hours for a PIZZA, the order was canceled. When I tried to reach the store, the person who answered the phone hung up as soon as the call connected (which was after about 10 minutes of me listening to their automated messages).

Their door was locked and they wouldn't answer it. Manager (?) was outside when I arrived, went in through a side door to check on things when he saw that I couldn't get in. Never came back out or let me in. My pizza was sitting there getting cold, and the website never texted me that it was ready. Poorly run franchise. Update: there's a stray green pepper and piece of pork sausage on an order that asked for chicken and onion. Poor quality control

What kind of question is that? Why don't they pick up the phone in the store? What if someone doesn't have internet access or wants to change the order?? OR as in my case... I was double charged and now I'm trying to get a hold of someone in the restaurant to resolve this. I have been on hold for 35 minutes. After reading this I realized they just don't answer the phone. So please tell me... How do I get to speak to someone in the store
