**UPDATE** I did finally hear from someone after I complained online. The bank's policy is to wait 3 business days after a deposit or transfer comes through to the Suncoast account. This was never made clear to me when I signed up; as with other banks I figured once the money cleared the transferred-from account I would be free to use it. This bank seems stuck in the last century - they are almost impossible to reach by phone, doing anything other than routine business there involves sitting and waiting for long periods to see a manager; and the above-mentioned onerous funds tranfer policy. Therefore I cannot recommend them to anyone other than those interested in old school, outdated banking practices. ****** *Do not* bother with this credit union! Not only do they do "bait and switch" with their customers but they avoid full disclosure and do not respond to customer's concerns. I thought I would try them after my other account was hacked but they are are still holding onto my deposit after I transferred it from my my previous bank and won't give it back until an undisclosed date. Avoid them at all costs!!

OPENED A NEW ACCOUNT AT THIS LOCATION WITH K. MIMBS AND WAS VERY PLEASED WITH HOW EASY AND SMOOTH IT WENT. ALSO FOUND OUT CAR LOANS ARE 2 % LOWER THAN WHAT OUR BANK DOWN THE ROAD OFFERED US WHICH WAS A SUBSTANTIAL SAVINGS OVER THE TERM LENGTH OF THE LOAN.

I have been using this bank since I was 16 my first ever bank. It is nothing but problems, Constant issues with linking to other services. Constant PIN errors on my debit cards at the worst times. Online Theft of my card when i never use my debit online. Taking weeks to respond to messages and refund stolen money. The lsit goes on this is the most undependable bank ever id rather use CASHAPP over this trash bank. The customer service is non existent you only talk to robots and have to jump through a thousand hoops to even get to a real representative who will just redirect you to another call line and run you through more loops. Never use suncoast unless you like waiting 21 days for your own money and being told when you can and cant spend it.

Started banking with them a few months ago, Have went in 3 times now to see them, Every time not enough people working waiting for 30 mins got nowhere. Had to leave each time to get back to work. The amount of money banks make off our money you’d think they’d hire enough people to take care of their customers, Terrible customers service.
