What kind of question is that? Why don't they pick up the phone in the store? What if someone doesn't have internet access or wants to change the order?? OR as in my case... I was double charged and now I'm trying to get a hold of someone in the restaurant to resolve this. I have been on hold for 35 minutes. After reading this I realized they just don't answer the phone. So please tell me... How do I get to speak to someone in the store

You can always order online. But really don't think you would be on hold for 2 hours. If you was. Why would you stay on hold that long. And not hang up.
