This place is a terrible. Ordered a pizza online and the task bar never got past preparing. Called to cancel the order because it clearly wasn’t being made, then was put on hold for 20 minutes. Never received my order.

There has always been problems when it comes to getting a pizza delivered but this past experience was the worst and the last! I ordered online...Roxanne started my order at 9:04pm....2 hours later still getting prepared! No status change...no answer when I called. Just go ahead and close until employment is fulfilled because customer service is not where it should be based off the commercials that are being advertised.

This place is absolutely ridiculous. I placed an order at 7pm, received an email claiming the order would be delivered in 34-44 minutes. At 8pm I called because the tracker showed no progress or preparation. I waited on hold for over 20 minutes before they finally answered the phone where the employee waited longer to give me a status update about my delivery. I was told it would be at least another 30 minutes before the driver could come to my address. More time goes by and I receive information that my order was canceled? Absolutely ridiculous. This location should be closed or shouldn't offer delivery if they can't keep up with the demand.

BY FAR THE WORST DOMINIOS I HAVE EVER VISTED. I placed my order at 5:30pm, wasn’t ready until 6:45. Services was disappointing. If I could give them something less then 1 star I would. They offered multiple drink options, when I arrived they only had coke & water. Once I get home, I find out my pizza wasn’t even cooked all the way through. Not to mention the it was terribly prepared. This store is a disgrace to the Dominos franchise. I walk inside to vulgar music being played. Just a bad experience! Remove this store & replace it with anything else! I STRONGLY ADVISE NOBODY FROM THIS AREA VISIT THIS STORE!
