YES !!!! They are OPEN. FREE parking and FREE admission, better to make a reservation on phone before going there so they can turn on the lights and stuff for you. But you can also JUST WALK IN with your ID, parking is available outside the armory, tell the security personnel at the outside post that you are here to visit the museum and they will let you park. Please bring a picture ID.

I recommend the museum very interesting. Small but packed I'm history of maryland national guard.

I spent many years in this building as a MDARNG soldier. I went to camping, dog and car shows there!

The Maryland Museum of Military History operates out of a small portion of the Fifth Regiment Armory. The building is a National Guard building designed in 1901 that has been the location of many historic events such as the 1912 Democratic Convention.
