They only call you when needed , they don’t train any guards , they charge $80 for a sweatshirt uniform instead of providing them for free they change schedules every month , they pay is way off as well.

There is no training fir employees, some guards do not have guard cards that required by law, and other guards are not fully vaccinated. There is no leadership or managers that give hands on training. Definitely would not recommend this company to a client or friend. My friends be very aware when hiring this company.
