I came to Garden Park senior living to see if they were allowing licensed agents do events for the community, no one was at the office. My 3 phone calls were not picked up. Came across a few residents here who said there’s staffing issues and that there’s almost never anyone available. One lady told me she couldn’t even resign her lease at one point because no one was ever here! She also told me a senior was in his apartment and hadn’t come out in awhile, the nearby neighbors asked for a wellness check and they said no. God forbid someone’s deceased in the room or building. The outside of the community looks clean and well kept. Seems like they need more staff! I hope I can get in contact with someone soon to engage with the community here.
