after staying here for almost a year I am not satisfied with the people in the office …i no longer reside at this complex but I have been tormented from Naima in public outside of advenir at magnolia. It is very unprofessional and once again I will be contact corporate again for torment and disturbance.

I just moved in and I had a very easy, affordable move in! They are very accommodating and communicative to us about the moving in process! Very beautiful apartment and just an all over great experience. Shout out to Jesma and Naima for being so welcoming and making something as hard as moving in such an easy process!

Leasing Agent Jesma helped me get into a 1/1 for this November, she was great and attentive to all my wants and needs. She went through the application process with me and I was able to get approved. So far, I’m really happy with my experience and cannot wait to live here.

You are forced to unless you can afford to break the lease "lose your deposit "and pay for another place at the same time I have never been so disappointed in the place I live until now the place is disgusting which is why I have all my furniture in storage and sleep on air mattresses when I'm here
You really can't. All the numbers go to an offsite location..its really annoying and unprofessional.
No I'm paying for an upgraded apt. They forgot to mention it was upgraded 10+ years ago
