Ricardo was fantastic. He was prompt, came in an got right to work. Assesses the problem quickly, had all the parts to repair our dryer and it is now working perfect. We were also having a problem with our disposal which he was not originally asked to fix and he found a stone lodged inside it and it is all now working great. I'll begin by saying the staff is very kind and repair work has been good as well. Unfortunately the problem is they give a five hour window for showing up! We have several rental units and sitting outside in my truck for 5 hours is a problem. I've never had such a long wait for any service and because of this I might be looking for another company for our future repairs. The technicians have said they don't understand why either..

Yes, we service Samsung dryers and most other Samsung appliances
It is very difficult to tell over the phone if it is worth repairing. If your appliance was in good working order before the failure it is a good chance it can be repaired back to normal.
Yes, we charge a service call to come out, diagnose and give an estimate to repair the appliance. If the customer approves the estimate the service call is waived and the customer pays parts, labor, shipping and sales tax.
