Robert helped fix a rear flat on my Juiced Hyperscorpion in less than half an hour! Perfect service; definitely coming back if I need any more maintenance on my bike done.

I came in a couple times as I was trying to find "the one" ebike that would meet my needs. After a few conversations and test rides at the store, I purchased a Benelli and am super happy with the bike and the service from the shop. Thanks guys!

I wanted to purchase an Orbea Gain M20 for an upcoming cycling vacation in southern Arizona. The website did not state they were out of stock on that particular bike, but when I clicked on it, it did not give me the option to add to shopping cart. Instead it gave the option to add to wish list which made me believe they are out of stock. My next choice was the Orbea D 30. I was able to add it to the shopping cart, called the store to verify options and upgrades, I was told the bike will be ready to roll in couple of days. I paid with Cc and got order number. A day went by, no communications regarding shipping, called the store asked when the bike will ship, the guy told he will call me as soon as he finds out.. 15 min later he calls telling me they are on back order it will take anywhere from 2-9 weeks to get the bike. I asked about canceling the order and get a refund since this will not help my plans. He said just send us email requesting refund and it will be done. Shortly after that got an email saying that all online orders are finals. They send me a copy of their policy, which I was not even aware it existed. In his email, he said policies are made not be ignored and I should have read it before clicking the complete order tab. So I went back and created a fake order to see if his policy pops up prior to completing the order, it did not.. I literally spend 30 min surfing his website looking for his policy, finally I found it under FAQ. I emailed back, respectfully requesting refund not because I changed my mind but because they did not have the bike that I ordered. They led me to believe the bike was in stock, and ready to roll. In his response he said it behooves me to keep the order because these bikes are hard to find or come by. But if I insist they can make an exception and charge me 10% restocking/ processing fee.. I tried to negotiate 5% and call it a day, he came back and said 7% final or keep the order.. at that point I knew these people are bunch of crooks with 0 customer service. They lied from the get go and led me to believe the bike was in stock until I placed the order, no communications until I called to find out, then some BS policy they wanted to enforce without making customers aware of it prior to their purchase, then try to negotiate a percentage for restocking and processing fees..not sure what restocking and processing they are talking about? They don't even have the bike. I a accepted the the 7% which came out to be close to $250 for doing nothing.. they can lie and say that was not true but it is. I would rather eat the $250 then deal with some shady bike shop. Couple days later got the reminder of my money refunded.. found the bike that wanted to begin with at JensonUSA, a shop about an hour from Santa Monica, they built it according to the specs, shipped It the same day and got it at my house the following day.. they even waived the $75 "oversized fee" $0 for shipping..

I stopped in here on Saturday with a flat tire. The customer service was awful. They replaced the tube but didn’t check the tire, which had a small piece of glass embedded it in. Driving away from the shop the glass repunctured the tube and I had another flat. When I told them they said I must have driven over something leaving their shop, and wouldn’t refund the $35 they charged me. The guy who worked on my bike was not friendly at all, I will never go back.

We only let a certain low amount of customers inside the store at the same time. Therefore we have the front door closed and people enter from the back only. Masks are mandatory for staff and customers. We have hand disinfectant available and clean and disinfect surfaces, bikes, hand knobs and hands frequently.

just asking you have any electric bike that can go up to 50 mph an hour or more ?

Cindy is right! There are faster e bikes out there but they are restricted to be used: certain racing events only and on private land. A waiver is needed to be signed.
