I ordered a bike in May of 2021 paid in full from the website. After many missed delivery dates, the bike manufacturer basically canceled production for 2021. In March of this year the manufacturer said that maybe the bike will ship by Septenber. At this point I asked Drew to cancel the order. They refunded me the entire transaction, even though they were not obligated. I would not hesitate to order from them again.
