We bought two bicycles since we have always liked the brand, we bought them online and had them sent to the store in Santa Monica, big mistake!!! the administration of this store is extremely bad, to begin with they never answer the phones, the delivery is extremely late, assembled quickly and without a good fit, one of the bicycles was scratched and with a damaged cable. The manager told us that because they were purchased online, the store was not responsible. My suggestion and by far, is to use the South Bay Cycle store in Manhattan Beach, excellent service!!! And they are also representatives of the brand.

Had a great experience. The staff was knowledgeable and able to provide a very hard to find model that perfectly met my needs. They were quite helpful with shipping my new bike home as well. I only wish we could stay for what is clearly a very high tech fitting process.

Specialized are known to have incredible saddles and though I own a Trek Domane SL, I knew that I needed to upgrade for maximum comfort. I came to the store repeatedly to ask questions prior to actually spending any money. Each employee was patient and provided unique insights to how to make my ride more comfortable. Once I purchased my saddle (Expert Power Arc) I had an issue and they immediately replaced my saddle without hesitation. My experiences with Brian where down right special.

I drove 9 hours just to get a bike from them! Super knowledgeable let me ride before purchase and even sent it back to the shop to triple check everything before I left. Can’t thank these guys enough for making this such a great experience, highly recommend!

We are following all of the LA County DPH's protocols for safe operation of a retail establishment - including but not limited to: requiring masks to be worn at all times, requiring guests to check in at the door and limiting store capacity to a maximum of 15, placement of sanitizing stations throughout the store, regular cleaning and sanitation of high traffic store areas, and enforcement of social distancing using markers and barriers at checkout. Any bikes that are demo'd are thoroughly sanitized by staff prior to being placed back on the floor.
