I was looking for a place like this and found Heather of Getzville creekview court I contact her and she showed the apartment to us and told us to fill the application and in about 2 hours I have deposited the security payment and she asign us a unit for the dates we requested ,an efficient manager that I have never seen; she did amazing and was so helpful will all inquires we had ,we are happy to find this place and will be coming soon to move in .

I first moved here in Aug of 2020 during the pandemic for school. I needed a place quickly, and Creekview Court (CC) came up in my search. Fausto was the one who answered all my questions and helped me apply. He assured me that CC is very close to North campus and was even within walking distance. Ellie was the person who took over the process from there and gave me my keys. She helped me so much! Thank you to them! Around December 2020, CC was sold to Bliss Management. Most people would be nervous about having management switch over. We were in great hands with Bliss. Heather, Michael, and Joe are so great! They hosted a meet and greet with us and provided great sandwiches and snacks. I appreciate their kindness and warmness. Heather communicated quickly about things that would happen with the building that needed resident attention. Heather was always available to speak in person, on the phone, or via text. Whether or not I had concerns or issues, I felt comfortable letting Heather know. She always asked me if everything was ok or if I needed anything. Whenever I passed by her or anyone’s office, they would always say hi! Their doors were rarely closed, and I felt that helped tremendously! I really enjoyed my time at Creekview! I would note that the walls are thin and when living in apartments you must be considerate about noise. Heather made sure to let everyone be mindful about their noise levels and evening quiet time hours. Creekview is well maintained, clean, and beautiful. Everyone is generally nice and keeps to themselves. No packages stolen or any mean neighbors. Parking is plenty, and everything is all included in the rent. Creekview is an excellent place for students, especially those who do not want roommates but want their own space! I’ll gladly recommend anyone who wants a great place to live to pick Creekview Courts!

Creekview Court is a wonderful place to come home to. Beautiful quiet surroundings, but with plenty of shopping, restaurants, and amenities within easy reach. The apartments and building are beautifully maintained with promptly addressed service calls. Thanks to Joe. I especially love the cleanliness throughout, and the tasteful warm decor. The club room and fitness center are a great bonus too. I felt a very warm welcome from Heather, who is very dedicated and helpful. Definitely the best managed apartments I have ever lived in.

Hands-down the easiest move-in I've ever had to do thanks to the helpful and ever so friendly, Heather (Property Manager). Any questions or concerns I had prior to moving in she answered in detail and just made me feel real comfortable. Due to a demanding job, I was looking for a place that had everything I needed to make the transition as quick and easy as possible - and it exceeded expectations. The room was very clean, and had all the essentials I was looking for from the get-go. The only issue I had thus far was I wanted to change my shower head to increase the water pressure - and within 30 min to an hour of placing a work order it was completed (thanks, Joe!). That's efficient managing and priority very rare to find (in my experience) when living in a management operated apartment complex. I've only been a tenant for a few days now and I already feel very comfortable. Other tenants I have encountered have been nice and courteous as well. I can now say for certainty that I made the BEST possible choice by choosing Creekview Court over other options.
