We visited some relatives who live here. We were impressed. The complex is well kept and everyone we met was very friendly

We have been tenants for three years and have watched this property go downhill the past year. Dead trees, holes on driveways, limited landscaping and no one available in office. We have enjoyed our apartment and in the past, maintenance was taken care of swiftly. Since we were informed in March of a new buyer, communication has been non-existent and phone calls have not been returned. Yet our rent has increased. We were proud of this choice but are becoming displeased and unhappy.
