I just applied for and toured a property listed with 18 Doors Property Management and the experience was super smooth and friendly! Their website was perfectly automated and made it very easy to schedule a showing and submit an application! They listed out everything I needed for the application on their website and they gave perfect instructions for finding and entering the property for my tour! From the tour, I could tell how genuine, kind, and responsible Joe was. He took initiative and showed me the great things about the apartment. I could tell he really cared about the property because of things he pointed out and said he would take care of before move-in. He said he would take a look at my application and I was reached out about my application only a couple hours after my tour! All in all, the experience was very pleasant and I would highly recommend having 18 Doors manage your property!

We perform an electronic move-in inspections with pictures and comprehensive notes. We then do this again during move-out. A side-by-side report is generated so that the condition of the property can be accurately compared. We also conduct annual inspections on all of our properties for tenants who stay for multiple years. We are happy to work with owners on conducting additional inspections should that be requested.
Nope. We just charge a small percentage of rent collected. We have no additional fees. We do get paid until rent is collected and you have cash flow.
We manage single family homes, condos/townhomes, and apartment buildings with multiple units.

The entire application process is done electronically through our website. After viewing one of our available units a link to the page is sent automatically to your email and phone. We are accessible if applicants have any questions throughout the process.
