Internet can’t even watch Netflix or play games at all. Can never get anyone on the phone to pay bill or get tech support. When I ask about the internet speed they tell me it’s my end not theirs that I should call the support line.

I changed from miserable AT&T DSL service. Slow speed, unstable and absurd tech support. To fix anything took a lot of time on the phone and several times, the technician failed to show. Checking with my neighbor, he highly recommended SDBB. I spoke with a friendly salesman and within days the new system was installed in minutes. Fast, clean install. The speed is incredible, totally stable and fair priced. As a place of business, we cannot have repetitive problems year in and out like we did with AT&T. SDBB is highly recommended.

A nice, hard working team providing a much needed service. They are sometimes a little slow to respond to queries from potential customers if they are busy servicing existing clients, but I take that as a good sign! I have met two of the staff. Both are knowledgeable & helpful and spoke honestly about both the benefits and disadvantages of using their point to point , wireless broadband service. A godsend to homes and offices a little too remote for fiber or cable. No fuss, no wires.

My son is a professional gammer and it was fine for him. We use a direct Ethernet cable into his computer. You might ask them if you can try it for a month as they have great customer service and work hard to please their customers.
