Darlene is a great manager, she greeted us with a big smile and is very good at answering all our questions regarding renting. Hopefully we can get a unit here because the place is clean and looks like it can be our first rental home.

I enjoy living at Casa Victoria. It is calm and very quiet. The new manager Darlene is nice and friendly, any questions that I have she answers. Work orders that need to be done she always makes sure to have them completed.

I lived here for 8 months and loved the apartment and management. Again the overall area is not the best but the apartment was affordable for what we received. I would definitely recommend to others. They have a 6month lease and then after is month to month. If I move back to San Diego, I will definitely come back!

I love living here but parking is horrible. Most places I've lived in give you two parking spaces. My son and I both have cars and I have to let my daughter keep my car because of parking. But really a nice place. They grounds are really clean, maintenance of grass is really kept in great condition. Management very attentive to any problems.
