Horrible.... The food was not good. I got the shrimp and chicken Cajun pasta. One had tomatoes and the other didn't. There was no sauce and it tasted old. The chips that come with the dip are old and disgusting! Like as if there just sitting out all week. Not fresh at off and the chips was soft. This place needs a lot of help. Needs better management and that can run this place. I'll never be back and wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. Philly restaurants are trash and they're doing nothing to fix the issues. Feel like they just hire anybody!

What in the world is going on at this location? I used to frequent here A LOT but started going up City Ave since before pandemic and now I know I will continue to go there. Wyncotes location is HORRIBLE!!! They need reinforcement ASAP! NEW MANAGERS and possibly new training for the now employees. Went in to grab a quick bite to eat at the bar and waited almost 20 minutes for the order to be taken. It wasn't the barmaids fault. She was making drinks for every table in the place and serving the people and the bar and waiting tables in her area. She got little to literally ZERO HELP! She was moving sooo slow and I figured she was trying to pace herself the best way possible. But my order came out wrong and I never even got my drink until my 2nd appetizer came out..thats the 1st thing I should have gotten!!!! I had to wait until everyone else's drink before me was made and given to them for her to even take my order..so how was I still waiting for mine before the filk after me got theirs🙃... I will never go to this location ever again and almost ready to call corporate to give then more details. Chilis has good food and this is a great area to have a Chilis but not if they are lacking in the customer service department!

TRASH! Came in to grab a drink at the bar with a friend. While sitting for 10 mins we watched the bartender walk from the bar to the kitchen multiple times and each time she didn’t acknowledge us being there. We watched as she delivered food to guests with her blond hair flowing into their food because she held the food close to her shoulder and her hair wasn’t pulled back properly. When she finally did acknowledge us , she didn’t introduce herself she simply asked “ what do y’all want to order”….she wasn’t attentive at all. The food was horrible! Wings was fried til they were dried and crisp( and no i didnt ask for them to be fried hard) and she forgot to put in our order of fries after i repeated it to her twice. This place needs help, not just with employees but with their training as well!

We went around 1 pm after the lunch rush and the restaurant was not that crowded. Our server was very friendly and provided good service. Since the restaurant wasn't crowded, they were only seating half of the restaurant. We ordered burgers, fajitas, and kids pizza. The food was good but came out a bit slow. One nice thing about Chili's are the games available at each table to keep the kids occupied. We also paid through that machine. One downside was no menus - you have to scan a QR code on your phone. Another plus - no extra charge for refills on sodas.
