I bought a nice unique pair of all-black Converse here with blunt spikes on the outer ankle areas and a cool fishing design. I still wear girl many years later and they've not developed the usual holes! This place is neat because they have a wheel you can spin to win free shoes and such! The building is amusing because it has a castle front and knights and such on top.

This place was a joke, I just walked in with my girlfriend and was planning on buying a total of 4 to 5 pairs of shoes. When I asked one of the four employees if they could check stock on a shoe at a different location, her response was they are not able to check if it’s a different color only if it’s a different size. I’ve never heard that in my entire life. I then went ahead and called three locations myself and all locations were able to tell me all the information I wanted over the phone. The sad thing was she did not care to help, but she sure was willing to sit with three other employees and socialize. So we drove over to WSS Shoes and spent $254.50 I’ll never buy anything from shoe city again.

I and my mom were there today, and the two associates were young and they kept talking to each others without helping us. Not even camw and ask for help.

Karen- second assistant manager- was angry with me that her employee charged my card twice. When I told her my bank had notified me via my phone she asked to "see it". When I refused, she basically threw my shoes at me. I'm in retail and am appalled at the service level here.
