This review is for the Mainplace mall location in Santa Ana. I came in to have my necklace chain replaced. I have warranty on my necklace and the assistant manager told me that I would have to pay in order to process the repair and that I would be refunded later. I've had this piece replaced twice and have never had to pay before. I even asked about a different necklace chain since this one keeps breaking. The manager (Francisco) went to lunch before he finished helping me which was extremely rude. I am so unhappy with Kay Jewelers and I am a long time customer who should have had a better experience.

One of the Best choices I have ever made, GF got to pick one She Loved , I got a used ring on discount , Comes with Lifetime Warranty if stones fall out or settings get loose , she is So Happy, and that happiness just rolls down hill to Me .

Is there a reason why the ring had no tags after been worked on and also why was my wife having hard time with the counter lady at the time of pick up... there was no box, no tags, no information for the ring brand new ring with no box.... this was a resize of brand new ring and the counter lady said it was a repair. Ill would like a follow up from some one in regards to this matter. I was expecting better service for the purchase and not the type of service we recieved today. Very disappointed with the final results and customer service.
