I went today to Popeyes on 52nd and Woodland Avenue and waited over 40 minutes in the drive-through to get waited on. When I did order two large red beans and rice went home then went to work and check my order, there was about 2 tablespoons of rice and a large red beans and rice. I tried to call the store but no one would answer the phone. That’s messed up!!!

The staff that are on right now at 3:38 p.m. on March 10th 2022 is on point at this location! I've received two curbside orders in the past 10 minutes and they were just incredibly fast, accurate, and just awesome! I couldn't get a hold of anyone to say there was a mistake in my mobile order so I asked a guy that was running an order to someone else. He heard everything, confirmed the upcharge for what I wanted, took note of it in his head and as quickly as he went in someone else was coming out with my large order assuring me that he had already made the change for me. This place is killing it right here. To top it off I tried to tip the second Popeyes associate and he stopped me even though I was assuring him I was giving him enough for everyone inside and said that they can't be tipped they could be fired. YAASS TO PEOPLE TAKING PRIDE IN WHAT THEY DO! Literally adding them to my personal shopping business zone as we speak.

I was waiting for food for 25 minutes, when I ask the crew where is my food, she said, it already out and they gave it to me. I was totally surprised. I told her I didn't get my food, she was fire on me and said we already given to you, we can't do anything. I ask her to call the manager, she said she is manager. I told her, I am waiting here 30 minutes and I didn't get my food. She just ignored me. I waited and waited again after 15 minutes I told her can you check the camera are you really give it to me or other person, or call the guy who said he gave to me. Then she said I already told you we gave it to you, we can't do anything. When I was angry and asking owners number, she said wait and she go inside and bring my food which was seated for 50 minutes. Finally got the food. But the food was cold. All the ice on drinks was melted. Just throw my food.

They have the worst customer service, I got told off because I told them that my order was wrong, then i got into a shouting match with the cashier name Adeena. Do anyone know the corporate office, the manager say the and watched, and didn't open his mouth, I will never stop foot in there again.
