This facility put two burned chicken pieces in my box. When I got to know I called several times to let them know. No one picked up. I went back a couple of days later to get my pieces and they refused. Now I will never eat popeyes again.

They have the worst customer service, I got told off because I told them that my order was wrong, then i got into a shouting match with the cashier name Adeena. Do anyone know the corporate office, the manager say the and watched, and didn't open his mouth, I will never stop foot in there again.

Yes, i had the opposite problem..my nuggets weren't cooked at the way..told the manager and he handed me two more for the two i ate..they weren't done either..
