I didn't eat here. My mom wanted a meal, so we waited until they "opened", but no one was inside cooking and the lights were off. They weren't even open on time.

Not gonna lie, this place looks dirty. Clean the dining area and open it back up. Just so lazy. Almost every other restaurant has their dining areas open again. Employees and managers on their phone while I'm tryna place my order. Also as the manager you should lead by example and wear your gloves🤢

Customer service was not at its best here, I was told to pull over because it would be a while for my order to be completed. This was after being told when I walked in the store to get back in my car and go through the drive thru and I was told we didn't start the mobile orders yet.

I've visited this branch 3 or 4 times and I have promised never to return. The staff is slow and not very helpful. I've experienced ordering a meal online, driving there to collect only to find the outlet closed. Only then did I realize that my order had been cancelled moments before. My last visit (2/18) I got home before realizing that I didn't get what I had ordered!
