It’s a fraudulent operation with very poor customer service. We paid for 2 hours and then a massive group arrived and they were understaffed and unable to operate all the equipment such as the Wipe Out. I requested a partial refund or time extension given this inability to use the equipment. The manager Alyssa refused to entertain either.

This park has All new attractions. Our favorite was the sit in zip line, it’s easy for even the little kids because they can sit on it, instead of try to hang on. They also have the new air filled floor to play soccer and basket ball. And a very fun warrior course. My Kids really enjoy it. Staff is very friendly and really pay attention to the kids.

This is a great place to bring your children period. I have 2 son's with Autism and a daughter with a learning disability and this help my children with stimulation and excerise in a fun environment. A single mom to 7 and on a budget using Groupon to purchase tickets saved me $. Only extra expenses are there socks and shirts you have to purchase so remember to keep them together at home so you can reuse them. They also have monthly passes they are great during the summer or when the kids have no school to use.

Staff is great! Overall cleanliness not so great. It’s dirty and my son gets sick every time we leave there got a membership but I’m going to cancel. The foam pit is disgusting if you only saw your socks after! The hanging hammocks need to be washed! I give 5 stars for the friendly employees.
