John denied me a room and refused me service because I wouldn't let him get to know me. I just wanted a place to rest my head for the night with my kids and he was very rude and i was fleeing domesticviolence. This was the only place in the area that looked decent and affordable and was close to get my kids to school in the morning and myself to work. I ended up staying in my car down by the neshaminy park. I would consider giving this place a second shot in the future but these issues have to be resolved first.

I should've known they would steal me & my sons belongings. First the guy at the desk charged $150 for a room. Got an attitude when I asked for receipt. Go to the first room 214. Wasn't cleaned at all. The sheets were dirty and pulled off bed onto the floor. They switched me to 216, tv worked for abt 2 days. They couldn't fix l, but didn't change room or offer to make it right by adjusting room price. Then the stole my clothes, my shoes, my sons clothes, his shoes, my computer, my sons school computer, and everything else we had. All our clothes & shoes still had tags on them frm SNIPES and I have the receipts of everything j bought which they stole.
