If you have ADHD avoid this clinic like Covid. The doctors/nurses here are like the off brand in the medical field. And their attitudes came from Sheneneh Jenkins. Just picture trying check in to your appointment with Sheneneh on the other side …yup. Oh and the primary care doctor they assigned to me, spoke very broken English. Lol why are my taxes paying for this building to even exist? I will say that I did learn just how unregulated our healthcare system could be! Thank you Linda Vista Healthcare Clinic!!!

I have to be honest. Making an appointment is very difficult. Once I get through, I get hanged up constantly. I see that it doesn’t happen only to me but it’s happening to quite a few people. I’m surprised that it’s not being improved on. I do love my doctor, that’s about it.

This is by far the worst Dr office I have ever worked with. I called in October to book an appointment, they were fully booked out until early December so I waited. They told me I could call every single day to try and get in sooner, so I did. In turn, to be ready to go, I completed my patient forms and of course made sure they accepted my tri-care reserve select insurance (which they said they do). Even though I called every day, I was never able to get in sooner. Finally, the day before my appt I spoke with a lady twice to make sure we are good to go (she was confirming my appts) She said they had my forms. I went IN for my appt on a Saturday afternoon, when I walked in the front desk associate was not friendly at all (Alicia). She had also told me that their "system was down". I had said okay, I'll fill out the forms again (because she said they didn't have anything at all). So I filled it out. Her co-worker then told me that she couldn't verify my insurance, she said she had my info (OK, where did it go then???) and that I am not eligible!! I said "How is that possible, when I made this appt you all verified it and I called every day to get in sooner" She said they verified the NIGHT BEFORE my appt. I did not have my husbands social security memorized so they could not verify for me on the spot they said. They told me I would need to pay for my visit in full. I asked them how could you tell me I'm verified then literally the night before my appt tell me I'm not. I was not able to be seen after waiting all that time!!!! I went home, called them with my husbands social and they said "Ok, you're good, you have insurance". (I KNOW I DO!! I SUBMITTED MY PATIENT FORMS TWO MONTHS AGO) They said they think that someone wrote down the social wrong, they had no idea what happened. I work as a receptionist in a medical office, I definitely know how this should all run SMOOTH. Completely ridiculous, let alone the way Alicia treated me. (She should not be answering phones while I'm speaking with her, that's #1 I learned as a receptionist, patient in person is #1 priority) Also, she said she would call me on that Monday (she never did) I called her on Monday and she said she would call me back that evening, she never did. I wasted 2 months, I should have tried to go elsewhere.

Some of the best care I have ever received despite not having insurance. I've had services for physical and mental issues. Their referrals worked out perfectly; including therapy which saved my life. Be patient, this is a low cost clinic for many of us so it's busy. I waited a lot longer where I paid more to achieve terrible results when I had insurance.

A very poor one. They like to collect money from the insurance and that's the prime goal. Not your health.

They accept most private insurance I believe and MediCal
My doctor is Patricia Lumberg and she's the best one there she's awesome!
