I understand we are in a pandemic and times are tough but I myself also work in the medical field and I understand Covid protocols but there needs to be a time and a place for certain ones. There is no reason why my mother who was diagnosed with cancer shouldn’t be allowed to have one person with her there for support. A person who is vaccinated and willing to show their card and wear a mask the entire time. Frankly it is inhumane. Not to mention the lady who tells my mother this at the door is borderline rude. Times are tough so be nice .

ROBERT ANDREW PARSONS PA BRENDA M GUERRERO PA, P.A. *BOTH HORRIBLE BEWARE* I'm A Registered Nurse who had high grade dysplasia removed from rectum due to High risk strain HPV that also causes cancers of the head and neck. I noticed abnormal growths in my throat so told my original surgeon and she suggested I contact ENT. Brenda was condescending and dismissive of my concerns over the telephone appointment. She was able to diagnose me over the phone with magical powers "ADAM! I can hear your voice, it sounds clear it's fine!" She was basically indicating she would not order a laryngoscopy because my voice doesn't sound "hoarse".. Even though earlier in the phone call she said "we can do a laryngoscopy to check everything out", then rapidly retracted that and became rude and dismissive over the rest of the call but I kept advocating for myself and she reluctantly ordered it. Fast forward to the Scope appointment with PA ANDREW PARSONS. Before he even introduced himself he said "so I talked with Brenda and there is no indications to perform this but we will go ahead and do it to 'reassure you'. He had a rude tone - Clearly he talked with the unhappy Brenda before seeing me.. I don't understand, why order something if you are going to be rude and condescending towards the patient.. Just do your job.. But I get it, Physician Assistants have low interpersonal skills.. Bachelors in anything, probably non medical related then becomes a PA.. (This is why I Prefer NPs). He started the Scope and looked inside for a solid 2 seconds before saying "yep clear" he didn't even direct me to make different vowel sounds to get a better look of the larynx and surrounding tissues.. I am NOT reassured. I feel belittled and I am considering reporting them. This review comes a while after the scope but it's been dwelling on me all this time. They see a young patient and assume they are uneducated and think they can BS their way out of anything. Little did they know I'm an RN in NP school who has more medical background than this Physician ASSISSTANT. "oh it must be cobblestone throat".. It is definitely NOT cobblestone throat. Just beware if you are assigned either of these two. Extremely unprofessional and should not be at Kaiser. I'm currently referred for a second opinion with a DR who truly cares. Thank you for your time, hope this helps someone in the future.

I love that everything is one way process. Temperature check at the front door.. then make your way to the 4th floor to the check in desk. Order your products . Then go to the 6th floor to self weight in . Move on to check into the lab for your check in or blood draw. Finally walk down the hall to pick up your products and your done .. painless and safe . Great location, perfect customer service. I feel safe and it shows the steps they have taken towards keeping up with Covid protocols
