Please see my original review for when I first moved in here, the office staff at the time was very responsive and helpful to residents. They were suddenly replaced and the office staff has been a mess since then. The current office staff has been a complete mess. They did not provide any way to contact them for months on end. If you called the office no one will answer even if they are physically in the office and the voicemail for the office is not set up. I moved and tried multiple times to provide my notice to vacate but could not find a working email to send it to. Finally, I managed to actually find the staff in the office and hand delivered it. They staff just contacted me and said they never received it even though I physically handed it to them. I can't recommend renting in this building anymore even though it's in a great location and a really nice building. Unfortunately, the current staff has really ruined the building. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Great apartments with a great location. The staff is very responsive, helpful, and professional. The building is maintained well and repairs are completed quickly and fully when needed. Definitely recommend for anyone looking in the area!

Move here at your own risk. Elevators have been out of compliance since January, the management has been fined by the city multiple times regarding this and still haven't gotten the elevators up to code (when you're in the elevators look at the inspection signs, you'll see they're out of date). The new management don't respond to emails, packages always getting stolen, leasing staff are careless, all around sketchy building.

Do not move here. Since the new management took over, this place is awful. The majority of 4 and 5 star reviews are from the old management company. The new company does not care about residents. Packages are stolen, printer has not been replaced for 4 months, kids ride scooters and scream down the hall nonstop. The leasing staff changes weekly. You email the management team and receive no response. I emailed them regarding someone trying to break into my apartment and was told to buy a ring camera. If you need maintenance after hours, you can’t get help because the numbers don’t work or mailbox is full. They just want money. Awful place

I had a phenomenal tour with Denise yesterday! Denise was not only knowledgeable about the community and surrounding neighborhood but genuinely interested in finding an apartment that met my needs...and the needs of my dogs 😊 101 Ellwood is just around the corner from Target- lovely! And it is right next to a nice walking path in Patterson Park. The community has an impressive fitness center, yoga studio, dog wash station and the courtyard is being spruced up! I can't wait to move in!
