i've been a resident here since late 2020, they are prompt with fixing maintence needs as well as other issues, this is a great starter apartment if you have a small family, I love the big walk in closet in my masterbedroom.

My girl decide to fill out the part of the applicantion again cause she didn’t have sufficient amount the first time. First time it was $40 for application fee for one person over 18, second time she tried to pay, the $40 changed to $75 Out of nowhere. I called them and told them but that said that how it works. 75 dollars for application fee smh 🤦🏾‍♂️ hell no.

I have lived here at wabash manor for 7 months. The are is beautiful, safe and quiet. The grounds are always clean and the grass is kept nice every week. The maintenance staff are very respectful, they come asap when needed and they get the job done. The office staff are also great! They nake sure we feel comfortable in our home. I like that they have community involved activities that the residents can participate in and also win prizes. Thr gym that they have recently built is very convenient. This is a great community that I would recommend to family and friends!
