I am not sure, but if a Mom, adult child, grandchild, it should be ok if proven they will be homeless at the time. It should depend on same expectations. It is sad that this happens over and over for intact relatives, that closely related. BUT BEHAVIORS, NO ACCEWPTION OF SPACE BEING UNKEPT PROPERLY AND UNDAMAGED, NO TYPE OF DESTRUCTIONS, OR DISTURBANCES. IN ANY BEHAVIORS OR GIVEN 3DAY TO 30 DAY NOTICES. LET IT BE KNOWN. U BRESK A RULE 1 TIME, AFTER THAT DEPENDING ON WHY, WHAT, , WILL HAVE 2 MOVE, NO EXCEPTIONS, ALL HELD TO HIGH EXPECTATIONS. MANY RESIDENTS ARE ALLOWING PROPERTY SLUM IN OUTSIDE. CITY, STATE, OWNERS SHOULD NOT ALLOW IT FROM BEGINNING..
