I have lived at Butler Ridge Apartments for 2 years now. The leasing office staff is friendly and professional while providing great customer service. I have always gotten things done and some one is always available in the leasing office to help whenever needed. Also the maintenance staff is very efficient and perform your work request in a timely manner even when the parts are not available. They make sure that the job is completed much sooner than later.

When we moved in to apartment we got a personal walk through. I love using the amenities such as the gym and resident lounge. Staff are friendly and very catering. I love their down to earth and professional care toward tenants. I highly recommend!

Butler Ridge is a very nice community and I really see myself living here. The Property Manager, Chris, was very nice and attentive. She was very helpful and informative on the property offerings and the amenities Butler Ridge offers. I definitely see myself living here in the next few months once my lease is up on my current apartment.
