Good selection, I need wide shoes and they have lots that fit me. They're short on service, though I recall a sign suggesting tipping.

I selected 2 pairs of Sketchers Arch Support and 1 pair of Nike running shoes for both my sons. to buy for my son. The "sales associate-Ian" was helpful but the lady sales associate was very very rude( her name on the badge was not visible". The moment we called her for help finding shoe size, she came over with a raised voice asking "What?". Before we could finish explaining what we need help with she kept cutting us off and repeating "everything is out here, we don't have...." with continued raised voice without even knowing what we were asking for. I went to the counter to check out the selected items and tried relaying my concern to the associate "Ian" but the lady sales person continued same behavior in front of other customers. This lady sales associate continued her mocking laugh and didnot let me relay my concern to pass it on to the owner/manager/Ian. On top of that she said "I'm speaking English, I don't know what this customer doesnt understand" as if I and my husband don't speak or understand English. I finally told "Ian" that this female sales associate is making him lose this sale/business of over $300, she laughed and looked like "Ian" was also okay to lose business. I would have given a MINUS ZERO rating if I could. I don't post feedback unless the service provider offers a wowing service or less than socially acceptable service and this time the service provided by this specific lady sales Associate was humiliating, demeaning, disrespectful and inhuman. I hope this review will help her know if I can understand and speak English and how my post and English will help communicate the concern not only with the shop owners but also the Temecula, CA community.

Everything is just ok.. selection is ok, service is ok.. just go in get what you want and leave. They do have a fun spin the wheel prize after your purchase to try and win free shoes. They have Vans brand and also Nike
