Brought my elder dog in due to his eye bulging out of socket. I was so scared and worried, especially because you have to wait in the car. They were reassuring. The Dr told me what's going on and what needs to be done and answered my questions. They gave me a price, went home and they called when ready. They were honest and said there was a little refund coming back to me. After a few days I was having difficulty cleaning it and putting the drops. I called and they were so helpful, they said to come down and they would show me ways to help and clean it for me. I can't that Ms Katherine enough for helping me. Thank you all for caring.

Hands down one of the best Pet Clinic's! The Vets here are AMAZING! My cat baby had an inflamed bladder and the vet was very thorough with what she examined, saw, found, and about treatment plans. All the staff was great, really friendly and caring! Some pet hospitals are about the dollar or don't care but this isn't one of them! This is a group of doctors and individuals that love their jobs and animals; and you can tell! They took care of my cat baby as if it was their own. My baby is currently home and doing very well!

5 stars for the staff, especially with the complicated times we live in, and no stars for the location. It's time for this pet emergency service to move to a new location. PERIOD! With the curbside service, it is very distracting that there is a bar/lounge next door causing all kinds of problems after dark. We sat in the parking lot from sundown to midnight making complicated decisions about the life and death of our puppy FROM OUR CAR only to be bombarded with loud music, noise, foul language, and obnoxious behaviors from the bar scene in the same location using the same parking. Loitering with arguments going on, screaming, cars speeding through the lot is not something that is desirable when you have an emergency with a family pet. We took our dog here 15 years ago and had to put him to sleep. It was a peaceful experience then. Now, it is a place I would avoid after dark with the curbside service and a loud bar/lounge sharing the parking lot. If you have no other choice, because let's face it, who is open on Sunday night for a pet emergency?!? I would recommend that you park far away from here while you're waiting for the phone calls or emails from them on your cell, as that is how the communication is now. Had I known ahead of time, I would have parked far away for the several hours we waited just for the peace and quiet, and safe place to cry while dealing with a family emergency! Or better yet, park behind the clinic. Found that out at midnight when we picked up our puppy. There is a peaceful parking lot BEHIND the clinic!!

Well, it's kinda the only place to take you pet in an Emergency... problem is, they know it and charge very high prices. Kinda impersonal due to Covid, but I understand that... DEFINITELY take your pet here in an emergency.. they will do EVERYTHING in their power to help.. :)

Myrtle, we are sorry to hear about your sweet dog. We empathize with you and would appreciate if you call our clinic for more information on pricing and the process. We will talk with you soon. 951-695-5044
Depends on what needs to be done, they give a base price and give a max price. Surgery for our pup who was bitten and needed emergency surgery, was a base of $970 max at $1200. Total cost ended up being less then lowest cost.
No but they accept credit cards and care credit.
