The balayage I got done here was poorly done. She only did the top of my hair and not all layers of my hair. She curled it at the end so that it would appear more full than it was. For $400 this is not the job you would expect. It was my first time getting a balayage done so I didn't know better.

I had Russell Pritchett (assistant salon director) cut and style my hair. He is beyond WONDERFUL. He takes his time explaining his cut and cutting, no rush. Vidal Sassoon would be so proud that they are still doing precision cut. Russell is superb and I highly recommend him. The salon is clean and lovely. The staff is also excellent. I will be back. Thank you

Not impressed. I Made an appointment with the lead stylist and Honestly I could have gotten just as good of a haircut at a great clips in the Midwest. He cut my hair with flair, and when he was done he blow dried it - and handed me the mirror . He didn’t say put your hands in it and see how it feels or anything like that he didn’t spend any time on detail or shaping after the initial cut. He didn’t spend any time with detail!!!!! I have fine wavy hair and attention to detail is important and when you pay $250 for a haircut you expect that. I even asked him for a specific technique and he just chose not to do it because I guess he knows my hair better than me. I will definitely never be back. He gave me 45 minutes of his time and a pretentious attitude. And then when I was checking out after I left $50 gratuity the woman at the desk asked if I wanted to tip the person who washed my hair. I couldn’t believe it !! in my opinion that tip should come out of the $50 gratuity that I left and if dude doesn’t wanna wash my hair then he can tip the assistant —-unbelievable
