A really enjoyable wine tasting. They had two delicious rieslings along with a solid selection of other white wines. They could get a moscato in the mix too, but overall a memorable wine tasting. Don’t forget to take pictures of the castle-esque decor!

The space is nice enough but every wine (and I tried almost all of their offerings) was very musky. Almost like horse barn. Maybe others are into it but not a style of wine for me. Live music and lunch at the restaurant were great. We had an awesome sparkling wine there but it wasn’t from the vineyard.

Depends on how you store it. U need to treat it like wine. So in a dark cool place away from sun exposure. But open that bad boy up, smell it, does it smell sour or bad, or fine? Pour some in a glass and is there a lot of sediment floating around or is it good? Then sip it. If it tastes good enjoy that and toast !
