This Firestone is horrible. I would give them -5 stars if i could. Made me wait for like 2 hours just to get the car diagnosed. Then I explicitly said I needed a Wheel alignment them they bring in the car with nothing done. Then after requesting them to get the alignment and waiting an additional hour they pulled my car out saying they did whatbthey did but the moment I took my car in the streets the car not aligned at all. I made the mistake of goin there without looking at any kind of review. Please don't do this mistake. Do not go there.

The young ladies at the front desk were very friendly and knowledgeable . She guessed 2 hours until finished , and was just 10 minutes longer.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel like this should be a buyer beware situation. I have had 2 bad experiences with this location first one was March of 2021. I needed a full set of all season tires. I ordered very specific ones and the lady over the phone assured me that they would have the tires in by the time of my appointment (3 days away). I arrive check over the work order and it was all correct for the tires I ordered. Picked up my car after several hours, got home checked over the invoice and noticed they put different tires. Checked my car sure enough different tires. Took my car back immediately and I had to prove to them that I had in fact ordered different tires. They told me they would have to order them and then put the correct ones on. This past Friday I came out to go to work and noticed I had a flat tire. I took my car to this location because my tires would still be under warranty. They told me that the tire could not be repaired. Since I was already running late to work I just had them place the spare on. During my lunch I take my tire to another shop by my office and they were like yeah we can repair this. They warned me that Firestone will try to rip you off to get more money out of you.

Got my all of my 4 tires replaced at this location. I had paid about $700 or so with Military discount. I believe last Thursday and for whatever reason one of the tires was not properly sealed so we called if we could bring it in on Monday since the tire went all flat. They couldn't do it that same day even though we only have one car so I needed to get a rental all they way in Catonsville for $600. My biggest issue was that this could have been resolved same day since it was only one tire. So disappointing and more upset I wish Justin was there but sadly he was on vacation.
