Hi! Don't go here. Go somewhere else. This was the strangest KFC experience. It's off a busy road so we nearly got rear ended turning in. Once we got to the drive thru order station we were told to come inside, but had to have it repeated a couple times due to mumbling and accents. So we parked and went in. Once someone came to the counter to take our order they walked over to the drive thru computer to put it in the system. There were 3 in my party and after I ordered the first thing was asked if that was all.. which is common in the drive thru, but odd when they could see us all. And finally they didn't have kids for the mashed potatoes and acted like it was my fault or wanted us to order something else. The food was fine, not great and the whole ordeal made me sure I won't be returning to this location ever.

In June 2022, the staff at this KFC stole my credit card information and went on a shopping spree at Foot Locker and other hiphop-themed stores, where they spent about $6K. KFC refused to give me an explanation to this date. Stay away from these crooks that committed larceny against their customers at all cost.

I went in for carry out. I stood in the lobby for about 5 minutes. Nobody acknowledged my presence. It was as if I was not there. The folks behind the counter were dealing with drive thru, I assume. Poor service. I left the restaurant.

I’m pretty sure the mashed potatoes aren’t supposed to have powder in them and the gravy is watered down. the phone number they have listed on Google is a fax number so you can’t even talk to them unless you drive back. I’m calling for corporate and complaining.
