The only reason that I gave this two stars rather than one because of the staff is really nice. But this hotel has seen its better Days. The rooms smells molded, it may be the carpet. It was difficult for me to sleep because of the smell. I had a headache for the 2 nights that I stayed there. My coworkers stated the same thing.Normally hotel lobbies are nice and updated. Not this one, so you know what you are going to get when you get to your room. Even the wallpaper has scratches and dirt on it. Horrible!!! Do not stay here unless you live lesser than this!

This hotel was acceptable. Needs a good face lift. The rooms were very dated and sleeping beds ok. The staff was friendly . Once again the mobile key with phone non operable. I think this is starting to happen at a lot of lower grade Hiltons. The lobby AC wasn't working great. The food for breakfast very very good. Staff did an excellent job for preparation.

This location may have been better at one time, but it needs a serious cleanliness and condition upgrade. Ceiling is peeling, cobwebs in the corners, and just general dirt and smudges in a lot of places. Windows are extremely dirty and our first room smelled very sour like someone head thrown-up in it or something. We generally like to stay in Hampton Inn and Suites but this is likely our last.

Disaster. Will not consider Hampton again. Not enough paper products. No drinking vessels that will hold beer, wine, or spirits. The glue on the paper cups is alcohol soluble. Checked in and the digital key system was down. Went to the desk and they carded me for a room key. Room key didn't work after the first night. Tried to get a new one but the reset the broken one. It worked once then stopped working. The guy at the front desk wouldn't let me in and wouldn't let anyone else do it mortifying another guest who was horribly embarrassed and apologetic. had my husband come down to let me in. Went to the desk to get a new key. The guy was talking to the companion of the lady who wasn't allowed to let me in. Evidently they had paid cash up front for their room but Hampton locked up their credit anyway. He said they would probably have access to their card in a FEW DAYS. Since it was obvious that I would be waiting 20 minutes to get a new key I just want upstairs. Read the reviews. This place has gone to the dogs. And stay somewhere else.

You won't go hungry, regardless of your taste. .Many places in walking distance. .
Shuttle does run to casino...not sure of hours for shuttle. Casino is a short walk outside or through indoor mall during shopping hours.
