Positive: The front desk staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The hot buffet breakfast selection was yummy and a nice variety. The breakfast staff was so cheerful. The outdoor pool was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. Negative: The rooms are slightly outdated. A couple of the wall outlets weren't working.

Hotel was great didn't have extra pillows but the king suite was nice and very clean. They didn't have extra pillow which was unfortunate. The attached Dennys was nice or so we thought. My wife was served almost completely raw egg and it took about 45 minutes to be seated I was told ten and then an additional 40 minutes for food.

We have been IHG members for about five years and we especially like Holiday Inn express. The hotels are always clean as was this one where we stayed recently and in a convenient location. The towels were great, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and well equipped with a hairdryer and other sundries needed. I also appreciated the ironing board and iron in the room. The lighting was good, the air conditioning worked well and was quiet. The carpeting was pretty new and nice, the color scheme in the room was also soothing and relaxing. We keep going back because of these reasons and also because of the great breakfasts that they serve. Most important, though, was the helpful and welcoming attitudes of the front desk staff.

This was my 3rd travel night and my 3rd holiday inn. This was the only one out of the three that asked for incidentals which i found to be very interesting considering i traveled all the way to PA and was required to do that. Front desk was not very welcoming at all basically what do you want and here's your key. Downstairs looks like renovations had taken place but upstairs could use a little work. The beds are OK doubles can fit 2 people decent. Nothing to really throw you hands up about. Its very close to the casino with a 24 hour Dennys next two it and free breakfast. It was decent and clean compared to the others. I would stay again
