I had a great experience at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean as was the rest of the hotel. Even with 2 weddings and staying on a designated pet-friendly floor, we did not hear anything from our room and had a most comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and more than willing to do a little housekeeping upon request during our stay! We will 100% consider staying again in the future. Thank you to the staff at The Hotel for a wonderful and welcoming stay. Hands down one of the top hotels in the area for the price.

Always clean. Avoid inner rooms at 2-4 levels as the ac machines are very loud. 4th time here, consistent service and cleanliness. Restaurant food was good.

This hotel is beautiful. Miss Sherry/Sheila is amazing at the front desk. She went out of her way for us when we checked in on Saturday and was so pleasant and kind. She even double-checked on us without us asking but unfortunately Sunday morning there was A SCREAMING BABY next to us at 9am and we called to ask them to do something the lady with a carribean accent at the front desk seemed like we were the disturbance instead. Even when she came upstairs to check she had an attitude. I paid an extra $50 for a late checkout. Bad decision.

Fire alarm for the whole hotel went off at 10:30ish PM and not once did the staff announce or acknowledge ANYTHING to the guests in the lobby waiting for instructions/information. A very scary, unknown and unprofessionally handled situation. Thankfully nothing major happened, but guests got to the point of heading back to their rooms because nothing was being said as we watched fire department walk around then leave. Their rating would be higher had this been handled differently, but potential emergencies like this cause for explanation and handled with more care and a professional manner.
